There is no time restriction on the availability of the course materials so you can
return at any time.
1-2-1 email support is available for 16 weeks from the start date of your course.
The materials are all pre-recorded for you to do at your own pace. I host a weekly live Q&A session for support and accountability. They're optional but a popular way to enhance your experience.
This 8 week course is self-paced and designed to fit around real life. The weekly sessions will take about an hour and there will be a daily audio recording which is around 10 minutes.
Absolutely not! if anything, now is the perfect time. You've spent decades showing up for others, this is your time to come back to you.
No - you'll still be completely aware and in control. However, because the recordings are very relaxing you mustn't drive or do something where you need to be fully alert while listening to them in case you fall asleep.
You're not alone in wondering that! Everyone can be guided into a gentle, relaxed state if they're open to it and that's all you need for this course. It's more like a deeply restful state. Even if you don't feel "hypnotised" your unconscious mind is still listening and that's where the shift happens.
